No. There are no long contracts. Finish your plan year (2 of 2, 4 of 4, or 12 of 12 cleanings) and you never owe anything back. If you cancel before then, you just pay back the discount on the visits you’ve already had.

If anything isn’t right, tell us within 3 days of your cleaning and we’ll come back and fix it.

For roof washing and pressure washing, we soak your plants with clean water before any cleaning solution goes on. On roof washes, one of us stays on the ground keeping them wet the whole time.

Before a house wash, Wi-Fi boxes, electric doorbells, outlets, and keyholes are taped and bagged off so water can’t get in and cause corrosion.

Siding and roofs are soft washed at low pressure, and delicate stone and fences get a gentle approach. The cleaning solution does the work.

Yes. We clean the skylights on your home too, at no extra charge.

For exterior windows, we just need access to the outside and your outdoor spigot. If you have screens, we usually take them out from the inside, so someone needs to let us in, or you can remove them before we arrive. For interior windows, someone needs to be home.

Yes. Screen cleaning and track detailing are add-ons you can include with any window cleaning.
